• Day 1 Welcoming Remarks: 9 AM ET, November 12
• Day 2 Opening Remarks & Poster Blitz: 8:30 AM ET, November 13 
• Poster Session & Networking: 9–10:15 AM ET, November 13
• Location: Natcher Conference Center (Building 45), National Institutes of Health (Main Campus), 9000 Rockville Pike. Bethesda, MD 20892. 
• Lunch: Noon ET, Both Days. The Natcher Cafeteria will be open from 11 AM until 1:30 PM. Depending on weather, food trucks will be available outside Building 10 South, Lot 10H. See the map of On-Campus Food Locations. 
• Lodging: For recommended nearby hotels, see the list below. 
• Transportation & Visitor Arrival: You may walk, take a ride-share, or use public transportation via the Metro Red Line to the Medical Center station. Please arrive early and allow at least 20 minutes to get through the NIH Gateway Center to avoid delays due to security checks. From the Gateway Center, follow workshop signs to the Natcher Conference Center (see NIH Visitor Map). Workshop organizers will be available in the morning to assist.
